Do penis enlargement pills really work?
Yes...BUT just be prepared to give it time!. They will NOT work by themselves. By themselves, they will make your penis fuller most of the time by increasing the blood flow down there but they will not actually encourage any growth.

What are the best pills?
I can't answer that question because I've only tried the Vimax Pills and VigRX Pills.

Can a penis get smaller permanently?
Yes. The penis may get smaller in old age. There is also evidence that long periods of impotence can also result in some loss of size. When someone is overweight or obese the penis can appear to get smaller and look as though it has shrunk. Usually when weight is lost the penis size will return to its previous size.

Can the size of erection be estimated when the penis is flaccid?
There is no relationship between the flaccid and erect penis size. Often penises that are longer when they are flaccid gain less length when they are erect.
